You are an engaging and self-starting individual with a keen eye for detail, ready to take on the role of People Partner at SalesLoft. You understand the importance of employee relations and are passionate about creating a supportive work environment. Your experience in managing employee questions, concerns, and offboarding processes makes you a pivotal part of the team. You are adept at analyzing trends in employee patterns and can partner effectively with leadership to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business.

You have a strong understanding of company policies and are capable of leading their creation and maintenance. Your ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels ensures that you can address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture. What you'll do

As a People Partner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations within the organization. You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support, addressing questions and concerns as they arise. Your role will involve conducting investigations, exit surveys, and interviews to gather insights that can inform company policies and practices. You will analyze employee trends and collaborate with the Director to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

You will lead initiatives to create and maintain company policies that align with SalesLoft's mission and values. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that support a positive workplace culture. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed from day one. Your contributions will help shape the future of the organization and support its growth trajectory.

What we offer

SalesLoft offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $83,000—$118,000 USD. In addition to salary, you will have access to performance bonuses, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation plans.
