Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in people operations or human resources, ideally with experience in a fast-growing organization. You understand the importance of aligning people strategy with business goals and have a proven track record of supporting leadership teams in achieving their objectives. Your ability to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace is paramount, as you believe that diverse teams lead to better ideas and outcomes. You are skilled in building relationships and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in the payments or technology sector would be a plus, as it would give you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field. Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and performance management systems will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a People Partner at Teya, you will work closely with the Country Manager and local leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that support the company's growth in Croatia. You will be responsible for advising on talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with Teya's mission of supporting small, local businesses.
You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, conducting regular assessments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with the leadership team, you will help shape the organizational structure and ensure that it supports the company's strategic goals. You will also be involved in developing training programs and resources that empower employees to grow and succeed within the organization.
