You are familiar with various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and JuiceBox, and you are creative in your outreach strategies to attract top talent. You understand the importance of cultural fit and are adept at assessing candidates' motivations and role fit during initial screenings. You are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workforce and are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the sourcing and top-of-funnel recruiting efforts for Salient, focusing on building robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will conduct initial screens to assess candidates' backgrounds and motivations, ensuring that only the best candidates move forward in the process. You will manage candidate communication throughout the interview process, providing updates and scheduling interviews to keep candidates engaged and informed.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the right talent. Your role will involve not just filling positions but also contributing to the overall growth and culture of the company. You will be an integral part of the team as Salient expands into new financial services segments, ensuring that the company continues to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
