What you'll do
As a Recruiter at Snappr, you will play a crucial role in scaling the Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of positions, including Enterprise Account Executives, Account Managers, and Product Marketing Managers. Your ability to connect with potential hires and convey the Snappr mission will be key to attracting top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that resonate with candidates.
You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. You will also track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and make data-driven decisions. Your contributions will directly impact Snappr's growth and success as you help build a team that is passionate about making photography accessible to everyone.
