You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully managed large accounts and complex negotiations. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is key to your success. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping businesses improve their operations through innovative technology solutions.

Desirable

Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and the ability to articulate the value of technology in operational efficiency will set you apart. A background in managing enterprise sales cycles and understanding the intricacies of pricing negotiations will enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

As a Core Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with our largest enterprise customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and help them consolidate outdated technologies while digitizing their workflows. Your role will involve managing proof of concepts (POCs) and engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of our solutions. You will navigate complex pricing negotiations and work to close deals that typically range from $100k to $500k. Your efforts will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of the operations that power our global economy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our offerings. By leveraging IoT data, you will help clients unlock game-changing insights that transform their businesses. Your ability to manage trials and demonstrate the value of our solutions will be critical in achieving your sales targets. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Samsara's offerings.
