You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in engaging mid-sized customers and navigating complex sales processes. Your experience includes building relationships with executives and CXOs, and you thrive in environments where you can make a tangible impact on industries that are crucial to our economy. You are motivated by the opportunity to help organizations leverage IoT data for improved operations and sustainability. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of technology solutions effectively. You are comfortable with high-value sales, typically ranging from $20k to $250k, and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform physical operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Samsara's business in the public sector by bringing IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. You will engage in sales processes that involve proof of concepts (POCs) and complex pricing negotiations. Your ability to connect with various stakeholders will be crucial as you work to understand their needs and demonstrate how Samsara's products can address them.
