You have a strong background in customer marketing, with experience in building and managing customer reference programs that amplify customer voices and drive advocacy. You understand the importance of customer stories in influencing growth and retention, and you have a strategic mindset that enables you to design processes that empower customer advocates. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure that customer insights are effectively integrated into marketing strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of customer advocacy to internal stakeholders and external audiences alike. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and continuously improve the customer reference program. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of physical operations through impactful marketing efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement a world-class customer reference program that highlights the successes of Samsara's customers. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify key customer advocates and develop compelling case studies that showcase their experiences with Samsara's products. You will manage the processes and infrastructure that support customer advocacy, ensuring that customer stories are effectively communicated across various channels. You will analyze the impact of customer references on sales and marketing efforts, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. You will collaborate with product teams to gather insights from customers that can inform product development and enhancements. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to engage and nurture customer advocates, creating a community that fosters loyalty and advocacy. Your efforts will directly influence Samsara's growth and market leadership, as you amplify the voices of customers who are transforming their operations with Samsara's solutions.
