You have extensive experience in collections management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment, where you've developed strategies to optimize cash flow and enhance customer relationships. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a high-performing team, guiding them through escalations and ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our enterprise customers. You understand the importance of collaboration, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to align on collections strategies that support business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess performance metrics and implement improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the collections process.

You are adept at navigating complex customer situations, using your negotiation skills to resolve issues while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Your strategic thinking enables you to identify opportunities for process enhancements and to implement best practices that benefit both the company and its customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making decisions that impact the bottom line. What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the collections strategy for Samsara's largest enterprise customers, ensuring timely cash collection while providing a white-glove customer experience. You will lead a team of collections professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and support to help them succeed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve escalations effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing collections data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing strategies to enhance the collections process.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment on collections objectives and to drive timely cash collection. You will also play a critical role in reporting on collections performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. As a Senior Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of the Order to Cash organization, helping to shape the future of collections at Samsara.
