You have approximately 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within technology or operations. You possess strong project management skills and are adept at overseeing complex deployments. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners ensures that you can drive adoption and deliver long-term value. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential risks to ensure smooth project execution. Your experience in managing customer engagements equips you with the skills necessary to handle various challenges that may arise during installations.
What you'll do
As an Installation Specialist at Samsara, you will be on the front lines of ensuring that our customers successfully deploy our hardware and technology at scale. You will oversee customer engagements with installation partners, providing onsite management for complex deployments. Your role will involve proactively de-risking projects to deliver smooth, high-quality installations. You will work closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure that every project drives adoption and long-term value. You will be responsible for coordinating installation schedules, managing resources, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the deployment process. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and project timelines. You will also gather feedback from customers post-installation to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our installation processes.
