You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate challenges and address them before they impact the customer experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As a Trial Success Manager at Samsara, you will play a crucial role in the execution of enterprise trials, ensuring that prospective customers experience the full value of our solutions. You will partner closely with the Sales team to facilitate seamless trial execution and provide ongoing support to customers throughout the trial period. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams, gathering feedback from customers, and making recommendations for successful implementation.

You will also be responsible for tracking trial progress and outcomes, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your insights will help shape future trial strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
