You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in managing large strategic accounts. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable leading implementation projects to completion while guiding customers through onboarding efforts. Your expertise in operational best practices allows you to provide high-level solution guidance and share best practices that maximize ROI for your clients.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at FireMon, you will own a set of large strategic accounts, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and high application engagement. You will work closely with customers to determine their desired outcomes and drive time to value by ensuring adoption of FireMon's solutions. Your role will involve removing friction points along the customer journey and tracking the value delivered to clients. You will engage with customers during acquisition and manage implementation projects, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Post-implementation, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and guidance to help customers realize the full value of their investments. You will regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on support and development tickets, project tracking, and upcoming releases. Your strategic initiatives will focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and driving customer success.
