Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level accounts. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and have a knack for identifying their unique challenges and needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various teams including Sales, Support, and Product. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to help customers leverage IoT data to improve their operations.

You are proactive and solution-oriented, always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and drive value. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights is a key strength. You are comfortable working remotely and have experience managing customer relationships in a virtual setting.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our top customers after the implementation phase. Your role will involve understanding their fleet operations and advising them on how to customize our platform to meet their specific needs. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to drive customer engagement and retention.

You will be responsible for developing and executing customer success plans that align with our customers' goals. This includes conducting regular check-ins, providing training and resources, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions. You will also gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
