You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience managing accounts receivable efforts has equipped you with a high-volume, accounts-centric mindset that thrives on organization and efficiency. You possess strong attention to detail, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and precision. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently while also collaborating with various teams to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of clear communication and are adept at liaising between sales, customers, and internal teams to keep everyone informed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the accounts receivable efforts for a global portfolio of monthly customers, ensuring that all accounts are up to date and any issues are resolved promptly. You will act as a key liaison between the sales team and customers, facilitating clear communication regarding account status and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your responsibilities will include monitoring account activity, following up on outstanding payments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.
