What you'll do
As a Sales Quality Program Manager II at Samsara, you will partner with leadership and various stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of our sales quality programs. Your role will involve implementing data monitoring systems that assess compliance and drive improvements in customer experience. You will analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions and operational enhancements. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will support their efforts to achieve stronger outcomes for our customers.
