What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Samsara's GTM teams, which include Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Renewals, Sales Data Science, and Sales Enablement. Your primary responsibility will be to build a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates for these functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers. Additionally, you will help to refine the recruitment process and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also play a key role in promoting Samsara's employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
