Overview

Rutter is seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical support for their B2B2B unified API platform. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in technical support or software engineering.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for handling the first level of technical support for all customers. You will investigate, resolve, and triage incoming support tickets during business hours in Eastern Standard Time. Your goal is to ensure that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their technical issues. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and help improve the overall customer experience.
