You are a highly experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in accounts receivable operations. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your people-focused approach allows you to effectively manage teams and foster exceptional customer support for billing inquiries.
You have a proven track record in leading cash application processes and resolving billing issues efficiently. Your operational expertise enables you to implement compliant processes that enhance the overall efficiency of the Order to Cash organization. You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead three critical functions within the Order to Cash organization: Cash Application, L2 Billing Support, and Invoicing Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, exceptional customer support for billing inquiries, and efficient cash application processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of the accounts receivable operations and contributing to the overall goals of Samsara.
