You are a detail-oriented and customer-centric professional with experience in managing financial relationships. You understand the importance of providing a 'white-glove' experience to high-value clients, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all billing processes. You excel in communication and collaboration, acting as a bridge between Finance, Sales, and Client Success teams. Your goal is to maximize revenue efficiency while minimizing payment friction, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the financial relationship with WorkWave's largest and most strategic clients. You will handle complex billing inquiries and ensure that all invoicing is accurate and timely. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to streamline billing processes and enhance client satisfaction. You will also analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency of the billing operations. Your role is critical in maintaining trust and transparency with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
