Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with extensive experience in developing training programs for both in-person and virtual audiences. Your ability to collaborate across functions has been instrumental in driving change management initiatives. You understand the importance of equipping new hires with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive sales onboarding programs that accelerate time to productivity for new hires. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and other departments to identify training needs and develop tailored content that addresses those needs. Your role will involve facilitating training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure that all new hires are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
