Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering with a focus on technical solutions β your experience includes providing technical leadership and direction to customers and internal teams. You understand the importance of resilience against cyberattacks and operational disruptions, and you are passionate about protecting data. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively evangelize and position complex technology solutions to diverse audiences.
You have a deep understanding of distributed architectures and file systems, particularly in the SAN product space β your expertise enables you to analyze, design, and develop fully integrated technology solutions that meet customer needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to achieve regional revenue goals while maximizing customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be accountable for driving innovative technical programs and overseeing day-to-day account-level activities β your primary focus will be on providing technical direction to the regional sales team. You will assist in the analysis and design of technology solutions that align with customer requirements, ensuring that you demonstrate subject matter expertise on Rubrikβs products.
You will be responsible for architecting the industry's first hyper-converged hybrid cloud data management platform for enterprise customers throughout northern California β this involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address specific challenges faced by clients. You will also engage in pre-sales activities, showcasing the value of Rubrikβs offerings and helping to close deals.
