You are the first point of contact for employees, candidates, customers, and vendors — your welcoming demeanor sets the tone for a positive office environment. You have a knack for managing visitor interactions and ensuring that everyone feels supported from the moment they enter the office. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to handle front-desk coverage and light administrative tasks with ease. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Workplace, Facilities, IT, Security, and People Ops to ensure smooth daily operations.

You understand the importance of a well-run office and take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Your attention to detail ensures that all workplace support tasks are executed efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team. You are adaptable and can handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide essential front-desk coverage, greeting visitors and managing their inquiries. You will coordinate workplace support tasks, ensuring that the office environment remains organized and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include managing visitor logs, assisting with scheduling, and supporting various administrative functions as needed. You will partner closely with different departments to facilitate communication and support daily operations, making sure that all teams have the resources they need to succeed.

You will also play a key role in maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order and readily available for staff. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement in office processes, contributing to a more efficient workplace. You will assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly.
