Sauron is hiring a Senior Client Experience Advisor to foster relationships with high-net-worth clients and ensure exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in luxury sales or customer success.

You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with both internal teams and high-net-worth clients while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Your presence and interaction with clients exude warmth, sophistication, and confidence, reflecting your commitment to excellence. You have a meticulous eye for detail and a drive for maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of your work. In high-stress environments, you excel, making quick, informed decisions while remaining calm and composed.

You have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and a strong understanding of technology, enabling you to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Your excellent presentation and negotiation skills are complemented by 7-10 years of experience in luxury sales, customer success, or hospitality, making you a perfect fit for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will foster client relationships throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact and beyond. You will conduct on-site visits to potential clients' homes, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Staying informed about luxury market trends and competitor offerings will be crucial, as will gathering and sharing client feedback to inform product development and service improvements. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences, contributing to the overall success of Sauron.
