What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with disability benefits or insurance compensation. You will become well-versed in the various factors that influence eligibility for benefits, allowing you to provide accurate and helpful information. As part of the Client Experience team, you will collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the support provided to clients, sharing insights and feedback to enhance overall service quality. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the field.
