Job Description
Who you are
You have over 13 years of experience in Java and J2EE technologies, demonstrating a strong command of core Java concepts such as multithreading, design patterns, and collections. Your hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate allows you to build robust web services using REST and SOAP APIs effectively. You are proficient in working with RDBMS servers, focusing on designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
You are a data-driven decision maker with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various teams across the organization. Your ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-change environment showcases your adaptability and resilience. You are committed to driving technical excellence and implementing best engineering practices, including estimation reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and unit testing.
Desirable
A Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, which complements your technical expertise. Your experience with code repository tools and Java debugging tools further enhances your capability to lead engineering teams.
What you'll do
