You have experience in supporting implementation and operational activities within identity governance platforms, particularly Saviynt IGA. You are skilled in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring that identity processes function smoothly for both business users and IT teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working under the guidance of a Senior Architect or Technical Lead, and are comfortable acting as frontline support during implementation and post go-live stabilization.

You possess a strong understanding of identity governance and administration processes, and you are adept at identifying and resolving issues that may arise during platform operations. Your analytical skills enable you to troubleshoot effectively, ensuring that the platform remains operational and meets the needs of its users. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality support and solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the implementation of the Saviynt IGA platform, focusing on configuration and testing activities. You will work closely with senior team members to troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support for the platform. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that identity processes function smoothly, assisting in the stabilization of the platform post-implementation, and providing feedback to improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with IT teams and business users to understand their needs and ensure that the Saviynt platform meets those requirements. Your role will involve documenting processes and solutions, as well as participating in training sessions to enhance user understanding of the platform. You will also contribute to ongoing improvements and updates to the platform, ensuring it remains aligned with best practices in identity governance.
