Your background includes deep expertise in Java and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to tackle complex challenges in AI security.

You are a technical expert and thought leader, influencing product direction and engineering best practices. Your experience includes designing and developing secure, scalable, multi-tenant software solutions that run seamlessly across major cloud platforms. You are committed to driving continuous improvement in engineering processes and operational reliability.

What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Saviynt, you will own and lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and releasing end-to-end workflows for our AI security posture product. You will work across multiple agent platforms, including AWS Bedrock and Google Agent Space, building foundational solutions using cloud, SaaS, and AI design patterns. Your role will involve using AI and agents to secure AI, leveraging various LLMs and agentic frameworks like ADK and Langchain.

You will collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and ensure that the solutions meet the highest standards of security and scalability. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices and improving engineering processes, tooling, and operational reliability. You will also act as a mentor to your team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
