You have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering role, demonstrating a strong understanding of identity security and access governance solutions. Your expertise in collaborating with sales teams and engaging with customers has allowed you to successfully drive technical presentations and Proof of Concepts (POCs). You are adept at conducting detailed technical discovery and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing your ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Your background includes a broad understanding of vendor solutions and industry best practices, which enables you to provide expert knowledge to both existing and prospective customers. You are skilled in mentoring and coaching junior Solutions Engineers, guiding them on strategy and execution. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to work independently make you a valuable asset to any team.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and their application in identity security is a plus. Familiarity with product marketing and the development of technical documentation, such as white papers and solutions briefs, will enhance your contributions to the team. You are comfortable participating in trade shows and representing the company to potential clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt, you will play a crucial role in the sales organization, collaborating closely with Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell an integrated suite of Access Governance and Identity Security solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery sessions with customers to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

You will be responsible for delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of Saviynt's solutions. Your expertise will be critical in guiding customers through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase the capabilities of Saviynt's platform.

In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create technical documentation, including white papers and solutions briefs. Your insights will help shape the messaging and positioning of Saviynt's offerings in the market. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.
