Who you are
You have a strong background in solution engineering, with a proven track record of solving complex customer problems and closing large deals. Your ability to navigate sales cycles and collaborate with sales teams makes you an asset in any customer-facing role. You thrive in environments where you can present technical solutions to both executives and technical audiences, ensuring that the value of the technology is clearly communicated.
Your experience includes hands-on demonstrations of technology, guiding customers through proof of concepts, and supporting the design and implementation of solutions. You are comfortable immersing yourself in the evolving landscape of technology, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to effectively position your solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with the sales team and channel partners to understand customer needs and strategize on winning sales cycles. You will present Snowflake's technology and vision to both executives and technical contributors, ensuring that the value proposition is compelling and clear. Your hands-on approach will involve demonstrating Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from initial demos to proof of concept and final implementation.
You will collaborate closely with product teams to enable and accelerate growth, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into product development. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in driving successful outcomes. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes, positioning Snowflake as a leader in the database space.
