What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform team at Scandit, you will lead a talented group of DevOps and SRE professionals, guiding them in their daily tasks and long-term projects. You will partner closely with product engineering teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports their needs effectively. Your role will involve bringing structure to planning processes, enabling your team to execute projects with clarity and confidence.

You will be responsible for mentoring your team members, helping them grow their technical skills and career paths. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing modern tools to streamline workflows. As Scandit continues to grow, you will have the chance to expand your scope and take on additional engineering initiatives or teams, contributing to the company's overall success.
