Overview
Scribe is seeking a Brand Design Lead to define and own the brand identity, ensuring a cohesive visual and narrative experience. You'll collaborate with Product Design and Marketing, utilizing tools like Figma and Adobe XD to elevate Scribe's outreach. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on design experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in brand design, with at least 5 years of experience leading brand identity projects — you've successfully built brand systems from the ground up and understand how to translate strategic vision into cohesive visual narratives. Your expertise in tools like Figma and Adobe XD allows you to create compelling designs that resonate with users and elevate brand perception.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales — your ability to communicate effectively ensures that brand consistency is maintained across all customer touchpoints. You are data-driven in your approach, using insights to inform design decisions and measure impact.
You are passionate about pushing creative boundaries and are excited to take ownership of brand evolution — you understand the importance of storytelling in branding and can articulate the value of design in shaping customer experiences. Your attention to detail means you sweat the small stuff, ensuring that every aspect of the brand feels elevated and unmistakably Scribe.
Desirable
Experience working with external agencies to execute brand strategies is a plus — you have a knack for managing relationships and ensuring that the final execution aligns with the brand vision. Familiarity with marketing campaigns and product design processes will help you integrate brand identity seamlessly into all aspects of Scribe's outreach.
What you'll do
As the Brand Design Lead at Scribe, you will lead the evolution of our brand identity, developing visual systems, guidelines, and narratives that resonate with our audience — your role will involve translating these elements into execution across various platforms, including marketing materials, product interfaces, and customer communications. You will collaborate closely with Product Design and Marketing teams to ensure that our brand is consistently represented throughout the customer journey.
You will measure and share the impact of brand initiatives, using data to refine strategies and enhance brand perception — your insights will drive decisions that shape how customers experience Scribe's voice and visual identity. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.
