You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a healthcare or technology setting — you understand how to leverage AI to improve patient care and operational efficiency. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Talkiatry's AI strategy, focusing on how AI can transform patient interactions and operational processes. You will define and operationalize the AI roadmap, ensuring that AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing workflows. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the rollout of conversational agents and workflow automation tools, ensuring they meet the needs of both patients and clinicians. You will collaborate closely with product, IT, data, and engineering teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Your work will involve analyzing the impact of AI initiatives on patient experience and operational performance, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of AI implementations and iterating on them to maximize their benefits. As a leader, you will mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
