Who you are

You have a strong background in managing total rewards programs and HRIS/HCM systems, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in environments that require adaptability and strategic thinking, and you are comfortable leading initiatives that support organizational objectives. Your analytical skills enable you to assess and improve compensation and benefits programs effectively, ensuring they align with company goals and employee needs.

You are a collaborative leader who enjoys working cross-functionally with various teams, including People Operations and executive leadership. You understand the importance of fostering a culture of trust and ownership within your team, and you are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity. Your experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, and Azure gives you a unique perspective on how technology can enhance HR functions.

Desirable

Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as it allows you to leverage data in decision-making processes. Familiarity with industry best practices in compensation and benefits will help you implement innovative solutions that attract and retain top talent. You are also open to continuous learning and development, eager to stay updated on trends in total rewards and HR technology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee phData's global total rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will manage the HRIS/HCM systems, working closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Your responsibilities will include analyzing compensation data, developing benefits strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the VP of People Operations to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. This includes conducting regular assessments of total rewards programs and making recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and market trends. You will also lead projects aimed at optimizing HR processes and systems, ensuring they are efficient and user-friendly.

Your role will involve mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. You will be a key player in shaping the future of phData's People Operations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
