Who you are
You have a proven track record in workforce management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel in developing and executing workforce strategies that align with business goals, ensuring that teams are well-resourced and prepared to meet demand. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in guiding teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to create and maintain workforce models that effectively translate business priorities into actionable staffing plans. You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on workforce needs.
Desirable
Experience in the ticketing or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) operations. You have a knack for using data to drive decisions and improve processes, and you are comfortable working with financial teams to manage budgets and resources effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end workforce strategy for the Support teams at SeatGeek. This includes forecasting demand, modeling staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. You will lead a distributed team of workforce analysts and specialists, providing mentorship and clear priorities to help them deliver high-quality forecasts and staffing plans. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Support, and Marketplace Operations leadership to ensure that the necessary resources are in place to support the business's growth. Your responsibilities will also include continuously improving workforce models and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
