What you'll do

As the Manager of Clinical Operations, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a virtual clinical practice, overseeing a team that includes medical assistants and administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that staffing levels and scheduling coverage meet the needs of the practice while maintaining high standards of patient care. You will be responsible for executing workflows that align with clinical and operational KPIs, and you will work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to implement process improvements. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

What we offer

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $98,400 - $129,150 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
