Who you are

You are an aspiring AI Engineer with a solid foundation in Python, capable of writing clean and maintainable code. You have practical experience in full-stack web development, particularly with frameworks like React and Next.js, and you are familiar with server-side development using modern JavaScript or TypeScript. Your communication skills are strong, enabling you to document your work effectively and collaborate within an agile team environment. Experience with prompt engineering frameworks like LangChain is a plus, as is an understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Lambda or GCP Cloud Functions. If you have any background in AI product UX design or product management, that would be an added advantage.

What you'll do

As an AI Agent Engineering Intern, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to prototype, build, and deploy intelligent agents. You will engage in agent prototyping and development, focusing on prompt engineering to detect hallucinations and resolve conversations. Your responsibilities will include developing micro APIs and testing the accuracy of AI agents using internal datasets and tools. You will implement full-stack solutions, building and scaling agent interfaces and dashboards using Next.js and React. Additionally, you will integrate backend APIs that support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge bases. You will also set up CI/CD pipelines for prompt versioning and agent deployment, embedding agents in web, chat, and API-centric environments. Monitoring real-time performance metrics and implementing observability features like logs and dashboards will be part of your role. You will collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure seamless integration and documentation of your work.
