What you'll do

As a Transport Manager at sennder, you will lead the Control Tower Account Management team, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the Control Tower. Your focus will be on ensuring outstanding client service and effective communication, while also driving operational excellence and team performance. You will be responsible for planning and forecasting, ensuring that contractual standards are met, and building long-term strategic partnerships with clients.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Control Tower, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet client needs and expectations.
