What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first dedicated technical resource in the Sydney region, focusing on building Sentry's presence and ensuring customer success. You will engage with high-impact clients, providing technical guidance and support to help them maximize the value of Sentry's performance and error monitoring tools. Your responsibilities will include defining the regional post-sales engagement model and collaborating with engineering leaders to drive product adoption.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Sentry's solutions are effectively integrated into their workflows. Your role will involve conducting technical workshops, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements.
