What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with customers to define their requirements and guide them through the onboarding process of Zenoti's solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs, ensuring that clients understand how to leverage the platform to streamline their operations. Your responsibilities will include gathering feedback from customers and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the product based on user insights. You will also play a crucial role in training clients on best practices and helping them maximize their use of Zenoti's features.

You will be responsible for tracking customer progress and success metrics, ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes with the software. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to address any concerns and provide ongoing support as they integrate Zenoti into their business processes.
