You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and are skilled at managing a book of business to achieve retention revenue targets. Your experience in customer success or a related field equips you with the tools to navigate challenges and deliver exceptional service.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at SevenRooms, you will be responsible for managing your book of business, ensuring strong customer health and adoption of our products. You will work closely with clients throughout their entire lifecycle, from deployment to training and ongoing support. Your role is crucial in helping customers maximize the value they receive from our offerings, and you will develop success plans to align with their business objectives. You will collaborate with the account development teams to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to achieving gross and net retention revenue targets.
You will be part of a dynamic Customer Success team that values creative problem-solving and a customer-centric approach. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be key to your success in this role. You will report to the Manager of Customer Success and work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your contributions will directly impact the long-term success of our customers and the overall mission of SevenRooms.
