Valdera is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support and grow their enterprise customer base across North America. You'll ensure customers realize value from Valdera’s platform and drive long-term partnerships. This role requires strong client management skills and an understanding of enterprise SaaS.

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise SaaS environments. Your strong client management skills enable you to build lasting relationships with procurement leaders and supply chain executives, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. You possess analytical rigor, allowing you to assess customer needs and drive retention and expansion effectively.
You thrive in high-performance environments and are motivated by the impact of your work on the global physical economy. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner helps you connect with diverse stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to helping customers modernize their sourcing operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Valdera's enterprise customers, guiding them through the adoption and scaling of the platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers realize measurable value from Valdera’s technology, driving retention and expansion through effective relationship management. Your hands-on approach will involve working closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and objectives, enabling you to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience, providing feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights. Your role will also involve conducting regular check-ins with customers to monitor their progress and satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly. By leveraging your expertise, you will help customers navigate the complexities of the chemical and raw material supply chain, ultimately contributing to their success and the growth of Valdera.
