You are a seasoned software engineer with over 8 years of experience in developing and implementing software solutions. You possess a high IQ and a high EQ, enabling you to thrive in collaborative environments and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Your expertise in software engineering is complemented by a passion for pushing technological boundaries and creating impactful user experiences.
You have a strong understanding of the fintech landscape and are excited about the opportunity to redefine how consumers interact with shopping. You are not just a coder; you are a problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions that enhance the shopping journey for users.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that support Sezzle's mission to financially empower the next generation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, interest-free installment plans that improve the shopping experience. Your contributions will directly impact merchant sales and customer satisfaction, driving increased conversions and higher order values.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you can leverage your technical skills to innovate and improve existing systems. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
What we offer
