Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success operations, with experience in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in process optimization enables you to identify and implement best practices that drive operational excellence. You understand the importance of metrics and tools in enhancing customer journeys and are skilled at leveraging data to inform strategic initiatives.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Support. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams ensures that everyone is aligned towards common goals. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing projects and initiatives from a distance.

What you'll do

As the Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be responsible for strategically aligning all customer-facing teams at SheerID. You will drive operational excellence by establishing and refining processes that enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve developing metrics to measure success and ensuring that all teams are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

You will partner with various teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services, to create a cohesive customer journey.
