Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success operations, ideally with experience in creating scalable processes that enhance customer adoption and growth. You understand the importance of collaboration across teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to drive successful outcomes. Your strategic mindset allows you to combine high-level planning with execution, ensuring that the Customer Success team operates efficiently and effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with Customer Success Leadership and other departments. You are adept at analyzing data and delivering insights that inform decision-making and improve customer outcomes. Your ability to implement systems and processes will be crucial in this role, as you strive to enhance the overall customer experience.

What you'll do

In your role as Customer Success Operations Manager, you will lead initiatives that focus on improving customer adoption and growth. You will work closely with various teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that streamline operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing critical operations within the Customer Success team, ensuring that all processes are efficient and aligned with company goals.

You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, collaborating on strategies that drive customer success and satisfaction. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Customer Success team, as you work to build reliable processes that support customer engagement and retention. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and using data to inform your strategies.
