What you'll do
As the Customer Success Operations Manager, you will lead key initiatives that enhance customer success and operational efficiency. You will work closely with Customer Success Leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement systems that support the team's objectives. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to derive insights that inform strategies for customer engagement and retention.
