You are an eager learner with a strong customer-service focus, ready to take on the challenge of managing the onboarding process for new merchants and partners. Your excellent communication skills enable you to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the onboarding journey. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with various internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
You understand the importance of accurate data entry and timely handling of onboarding inquiries, and you are committed to maintaining service-level expectations. Your proactive approach allows you to identify process gaps and suggest improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of the onboarding operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) joining Shift4’s ecosystem. You will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, ensuring that clients receive the support they need during their transition. Your responsibilities will include gathering required documentation, handling post-onboarding change requests, and collaborating with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the onboarding system and efficiently managing cases to meet service-level expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients will be crucial in establishing trust and ensuring their satisfaction with the onboarding process. As you identify areas for improvement, you will escalate recommendations to enhance the onboarding experience for future clients.
