You thrive in a role that requires you to be the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues. You are proactive in identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance the onboarding experience for new merchants and partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners, ensuring a seamless integration into Shift4βs ecosystem. You will handle post-onboarding change requests and maintain service-level expectations while efficiently managing cases. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to gather necessary documentation and information, as well as ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding system. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and other internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Your role will also involve establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for onboarding inquiries and issues. You will identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and escalate recommendations appropriately to enhance overall efficiency.
