What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Watch Assembly team to achieve department goals, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Factory Manager to provide ongoing feedback and coaching to your team, helping them to operate at the highest level of performance. You will play a crucial role in influencing the culture of the Watch Assembly team, ensuring that all members feel safe, valued, and motivated to contribute to the company's vision.

You will support quality improvement initiatives, driving the maintenance of improvements through effective team management. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a high-performance work environment where team members are encouraged to excel and contribute to the overall success of Shinola. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, addressing any challenges that arise, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and team morale.
