What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring that customers are successfully onboarded onto ShipHawk's Warehouse Management System. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs and translate those into software configurations that meet their requirements. You will collaborate with various teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure a smooth implementation process. Your role will involve conducting training sessions for clients and providing ongoing support to ensure they maximize the benefits of the WMS. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation.
