As a QuickBooks enthusiast, you have a knack for solving tough problems and delivering exceptional customer service. You thrive in a technical support role and are eager to help small business owners streamline their accounting processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to tackle challenges creatively, making you a valuable asset to the Shopmonkey team.

You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Support, Onboarding/Implementation, and Engineering. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs is key to building loyalty and growing the Shop network. You are adaptable and ready to embrace the variety and challenges that come with a startup environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide customer support for QuickBooks Online and Desktop, assisting small business owners with connecting and configuring QuickBooks to work with Shopmonkey. You will address questions regarding tax, payroll, invoices, and other financial areas related to QuickBooks. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as an escalation point for all QuickBooks-related issues on the Customer Support team.

You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge of both Shopmonkey and QuickBooks to help streamline accounting processes. Your project management skills will be essential for planning and driving tasks across various teams. This role is designed for someone who is not only technically proficient but also passionate about creating delightful customer experiences.

This is a temporary assignment for 7 months, starting immediately, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
