What you'll do
As a Technical Support Representative at BigCommerce, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will educate merchants on various platform features, helping them navigate the eCommerce landscape effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions that empower merchants to sell more.
You will work closely with the Customer Success Services (CSS) Team, contributing to a collaborative environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority.
